The Apps have been refined at PCC defining the granular categories of all mainentance activities throughout the Country Club. The General Manager kicks his day off with his “Resort Walk” noting all his maintenance and PCC standards compliance issues on the Repair App as he goes. The Golf Superindent completes his Morning Drives on Inspect and also the periodic reviews of the Health & Safety equipment and storage.
The “Super” and his Resort counterpart also take care of any issues the GM serves up from his Resort Walk.
