WPM owns and manages 35 commercial and apartment complexes in the greater Buffalo, New York area, and are now in their 3rd year of utilizing the Applenti REPAIR & INSPECT Apps.

Requirements:

WPM wanted to improve all processes around Maintenance activities:

    • Retain a cloud-based database history of all maintenance activities with detailed categorization  
    • Speed up the communication between tenants, office and field personnel 
    • Bill commercial clients when appropriate, and expedite the process
    • Be proactive based on detailed analyses of repeat maintenance issues 
    • Remove paper processes and unnessary filing
    • Track larger projects

Improve Inspection processes:

    • Move In/Move Out Inspections
    • Spring and Fall Inspections
