    • Control and Monitor Wheelchair Porter performance in compliance with very stringent SLA Metrics.
    • Monitor productivity of 55 wheelchair porters and their passengers, through a series of checkpoints, from gates to/and from curbside
    • Asset Management of 1,300 wheelchairs to ensure wheelchair delivery to corrals, and gates, in compliance with strict SLA Metrics.

““A critical part of the “Wheelchair” management at Pearson could only be executed through automation. The chosen software vendor failed to meet the dates for implementation, jeopardizing the entire contract. Applenti was brought in at the last minute and configured a solution in an extremely short period. The Applenti team has continued to provide the highest level of support since inception and we are currently running at 98% on our SLA Metrics.”

-Bernard Drag, President /Owner, TGAS

““Over the last 2 years, Pearson’s reporting requirements have been in a state of flux. The Applenti team has constantly responded quickly and effectively under very tight timelines. This has allowed our company to achieve a very high performance level against our SLAs.”

-Tammy Cave, Operations Director, TGAS
